1. Nha Trang: Withstanding Storms and Sea Salt – Still Durable and Beautiful as New
Nha Trang, the beautiful coastal city, is famous for its golden sunshine and blue sea, but it also often faces harsh storms and corrosive sea salt. Mr. Tuan, the owner of a beachfront villa in Nha Trang, used to have a headache with his old natural wood door system. "The wooden doors quickly got termites, warped, and deteriorated badly after only a few years of use due to high humidity and sea salt," he shared.
When looking for a replacement solution, Mr. Tuan was introduced to Naviwood composite wood doors by a friend. Initially, he was a bit skeptical, but after thoroughly researching the material and manufacturing technology, especially its absolute water resistance and termite resistance, he decided to give it a try.
"I installed Naviwood composite wood doors for the entire villa over 3 years ago. To this day, after many stormy seasons, enduring sea salt and intense sun, the doors are still as durable and beautiful as new, with no signs of warping, cracking, or termites. The door surface retains its very natural color and wood grain, looking no different from real wood but without the need for meticulous maintenance. This is truly a perfect choice for beachfront homes!" – Mr. Tuan excitedly recounted.
Mr. Tuan's story is the clearest proof of the superior durability of Naviwood composite wood doors in harsh environments, especially coastal areas.
Mr. Sy – Architect in Nha Trang: "Even the most meticulous customers are satisfied!"
As an architect who has worked on dozens of townhouses and villas projects in coastal Nha Trang, Mr. Sy always prioritizes sustainability and aesthetics when choosing materials. The bedroom door is the point he is always "pickiest" about because high humidity and strong sea winds often cause doors to warp and rot after only 1-2 years.
“I chose Naviwood because it is a line of 100% waterproof composite wood doors, 45mm thick, with wood grain as beautiful as real wood. After nearly 3 years of use, no customer has complained, and they even praise the doors for being beautiful, smooth, and termite-free.”
Mr. Sy has now added Naviwood to the list of recommended materials for all his clients building homes in coastal areas.
2. Da Lat: Effective Sound and Heat Insulation – Keeping Highland Homes Warm
Da Lat, the city of a thousand flowers with its year-round cool climate, requires interior solutions that can retain warmth and provide good sound insulation. Ms. Lan, the owner of a cozy resort home on the outskirts of Da Lat, wanted to create a peaceful space, away from noise and able to keep the warmth inside her house.
"Before, my house doors were ordinary industrial wood, and in winter, drafts would come in, and the noise from outside traffic was quite loud. I wanted to find a type of door that was not only beautiful but also had really good sound and heat insulation," Ms. Lan shared.
After consulting many suppliers, Ms. Lan chose Naviwood composite wood doors thanks to thorough advice on the special structure of the door leaf, which enhances sound and heat insulation capabilities.
"I was truly surprised by the effectiveness of Naviwood doors. When the doors are closed, the inside space becomes much quieter, and outside noise is significantly reduced. Especially, on cold Da Lat nights, the house still retains a pleasant warmth. The door design is also very luxurious, fitting my architectural style. My family and guests who visit all praise the beautiful and sturdy doors," Ms. Lan said happily.
