Composite Wood Doors According to Feng Shui Standards - Welcome Fortune, Protect Family Health

Naviwood Composite Wood Doors for Feng Shui: Bringing health, happiness, and prosperity to your family!

Feng Shui has long been considered important by Vietnamese people in house design, especially the door system – the place that receives the main energy flow from outside into the living space. Among them, Naviwood composite wood doors with Feng Shui standards are the top choice for those who desire a peaceful, prosperous, and modern living space.

1. What are Composite Wood Doors?

The full name of this door line is Wood Plastic Composite Door, abbreviated as WPC Door.

For composite wood-plastic doors, the material is composed of:

• PVC Resin: The main base component, providing durability, water resistance, termite resistance, and product shaping.
• Recycled Material: Helps optimize production costs, contributes to environmental protection, and still ensures the mechanical properties of the product.
• Calcium Carbonate (CaCO₃) Powder: Increases hardness, dimensional stability, reduces shrinkage, and improves load-bearing capacity.
• Processing Aids (PE-WAX, Stearic Acid, ACR Processing Aids, CPE, Wood Powder...): Help disperse raw materials evenly, increase toughness, impact resistance, lubricate molds, and improve product surface quality. Wood Powder: Creates a natural wood feel, increases hardness and aesthetic appeal of WPC doors.

After mixing according to standard ratios, this mixture is fed into an extrusion line at high temperature and pressure to form solid door blanks, which are then further processed, paneled, wood grain filmed, and finished into products.

Why is it called "Composite Wood Plastic Door"?

If the main component is not wood, then why is it called a Composite wood plastic door?

In fact, the word "wood" in the name is not used to describe the proportion of the material's components but rather to describe the product's usage characteristics and appearance.

A modern WPC door has many characteristics similar to and can replace natural wood doors:

• The door leaf is thick and sturdy like natural wood.
• Paneled design similar to traditional wooden doors.
• Wood grain film surface with natural colors.
• Solid feel when opening and closing, like real wood.
• Can be processed into more designs than natural wood doors.

Unlike natural wood doors that use solid wood or industrial wood doors that use MDF, HDF cores, Composite doors have a uniform structure, minimizing warping, shrinkage, or cracking due to weather changes.

After shaping, the door surface is finished with a wood grain film or specialized paint, recreating the natural beauty of wood while ensuring moisture resistance, scratch resistance, and easy cleaning.

This is why Composite doors are increasingly regarded as an effective alternative to many traditional door lines.

4. Analysis of Naviwood composite wood-plastic door sizes according to Feng Shui and Luban ruler?

In Feng Shui, door size plays an extremely important role, directly affecting the flow of energy into the house and the homeowner's destiny. The Luban ruler is a tool used to measure and select door sizes to fall within auspicious dimensions (Tai, Quy Nhan, Thien Y, Duy Tam, Nghia, Quan, Vuong, Hung, Dinh, Dai Cat, etc.).

Naviwood composite wood-plastic doors, with their customizable sizing capability, offer a significant advantage in meeting Feng Shui requirements. When ordering, customers can provide desired dimensions based on the Luban ruler for Naviwood to manufacture precisely. For example, some common dimensions considered auspicious in Feng Shui for main doors might be:

Feng Shui standard dimensions according to the Luban ruler:

• Clear opening dimensions (light opening): This is the actual size of the passage space, excluding the door frame. Some auspicious clear opening dimensions commonly used are:
  • Width: 680mm, 690mm, 810mm, 870mm.
  • Height: 1920mm, 1930mm, 1940mm, 1950mm, 1960mm, 1970mm, 2110mm, 2120mm, 2130mm, 2140mm, 2150mm, 2160mm, 2170mm, 2350mm.

• Overall dimensions (including frame):
  • Formula for calculation:
    • Rough opening width = Clear opening dimension + 2 sides of frame (85) + 5/10mm (wall gap).
    • Rough opening height = Clear opening dimension + Top frame dimension (42mm) + 5/10mm (wall gap).
    • Example: With clear opening dimensions of 810mm x 2150mm and a frame of 45mm x 90mm:
      • Rough opening width = 810 + 85 (42 x 2) + 5 = 900mm.
      • Rough opening height = 2150 + 45 + 5 = 2200mm.
      • Overall dimensions: 900mm x 2200mm.

Choosing door sizes according to the Luban ruler is believed to help:

• Attract wealth: Door sizes falling into the "Wealth" or "Fortune" quadrants will help the homeowner prosper and have abundant wealth.
• Bring health and peace: Quadrants like "Heavenly Doctor" or "Selfless" are believed to bring good health, family harmony, and fewer illnesses.
• Increase luck and receive help from benefactors: Door sizes falling into the "Noble Person" quadrant will help the homeowner encounter good fortune and receive assistance from good people in work and life.

Why shouldn't you choose cheap composite wood doors?

Currently, there are many types of composite wood doors on the market with varying prices. However, choosing overly cheap products carries many risks:

• Poor quality raw materials: Cheap doors often use raw materials of unknown origin, mixed with many impurities, leading to poor durability, easy warping, cracking, and fading after only a short period of use.
• Outdated production technology: Substandard production processes can reduce the bond between components, making the door prone to damage.
• Low-quality accessories: Accompanying accessories are often cheap, prone to rust and lock jams, causing difficulties during use and requiring frequent replacement.
• No feng shui assurance: Cheap doors are often mass-produced in fixed sizes, unable to be customized according to each family's feng shui requirements.
• Health effects: Some cheap products may contain harmful chemicals, affecting users' health in the long run.
• No clear warranty policy: In case of problems, warranty or repair will be difficult, or even unsupported.

Therefore, investing in Naviwood composite wood doors, although potentially a bit higher than cheap products, is a worthwhile investment for quality, durability, aesthetics, and especially feng shui, bringing long-term value to your home.
